DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.
All orders placed Monday – Friday (before 1pm) are dispatched within 24 hours. There may be slight delays during public holidays, Christmas period, sale periods and shipping delays due to Covid-19 that are beyond our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Australia-wide deliveries may take up to 3-7 working days, depending on location. If you do not receive your order after 7 working days of being dispatched, please email@example.com we can follow this up for you.
International orders may take roughly 5-8 working days, depending on location. Some hard-to-reach destinations may take longer. If you have not received your order after 10 working days of being dispatched, please email so we can follow this up for you.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Salty Safari loves happy customers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and purchase experience.
Our return policy is valid for up to 14 days after purchase of goods. We happy to offer refunds and/or Exchanges for the value of your purchase of all full priced items that are unworn and in original condition and packaging. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
*We do not offer any returns of exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons.
*There are NO exchanges or refunds on sale items. All purchases on sale items are final.
Any return item(s) that is a change of mind, must be intact and in a saleable condition. Please be aware that most of our products are hand-made and vary slightly in size and colour. This does not make a product faulty. We will not accept your return if we consider the item(s) used, damaged, or broken due to inappropriate packaging via transit, misuse or wear and tear.
Once we have received and inspected your return, you will receive a notification email of your exchange or refund. Please allow up to 2 days for your refund or exchange to be processed.
